We’re so excited to welcome you to Atelier Playa Mujeres, Mexico! To join us for our wedding, we recommend flying into Cancún International Airport (CUN), which is the nearest major airport in the Yucatán Peninsula. The airport is about a 30 minute drive from the resort/wedding events, and we will be covering all transportation costs for Atelier wedding guests.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you in such a beautiful place! Please see below the hotel room block details. If you choose to not stay at the hotel, we recommend staying somewhere near the venue.
If you choose to stay at another resort, please note that there will be an external guest fee of $180 per day that must be paid upon arrival at Atelier.
Your passport must be valid for at least three months after your intended departure. However, it is recommended to have a passport that is valid for at least six months.
Atelier Playa Mujeres
All wedding events will be held at the resort and are in walkable distance from each other, with more airport transportation details soon to come.
Prices include all food and drinks, but not the tourism tax of $2 per person per night, which is to be paid directly at the hotel at check out.
The booking procedure for guests is the following:
To reserve a room under the room block, you must call OR email Atelier's Reservations Department using the below contacts. Please let them know that you are a part of the Nina Clark & Austin Douglas Wedding for ease of booking.

Upon booking, you will receive a payment link to pay by credit card to guarantee your reservation. This will be a charge equal to a 2 night's stay. For example, if you are staying for 4 nights, you will pay for the first 2 nights upfront and the remaining balance for the other 2 nights upon arrival.
The final date for reserving a room under the room block at the pre-set pricing is Friday, December 12th. After that, the remaining rooms left in our group room block are released and you must reserve a room on your own accord at the current resort price.
Guests have up until 30 days (Sunday, March 16, 2026) before the event to cancel their reservations and receive a full refund.
Disclaimer: Guests are more than welcome to extend their vacation as long as desired. If the type of room you'd like to reserve is not available within the room block, you can request the room you'd like with the reservations team and they will be able to accommodate depending upon availability.
We previously enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Atelier and fell absolutely in love with the resort. We decided that this beautiful location will be where we exchange our vows and begin our new life together.
