Once we have all RSVPs, transportation details will be provided. We will be handling everyone's transportation to and from the airport.

For the best experience, we recommend arriving at least one or two days before the wedding events you'll be attending. This will give you time to get checked into your room, get settled in and fully enjoy the festivities.

The welcome cocktail hour will be at Don Fernando's Terrace, which is located right outside the hotel lobby bar on the main floor.

The wedding party and immediate family will meet at the private terrace at Los Abrazos restaurant located on the 7th floor.

The wedding ceremony will take place at the San Jose Chapel, which is located in a quiet garden tucked away to the right outside of the hotel lobby, backing into the golf course.

Your passport must be valid for at least three months after your intended departure from Mexico. However, it is recommended to have a passport that is valid for at least six months.

In April, Playa Mujeres is warm, breezy and sunny with average daily temperatures ranging from 75-86 degrees, in addition to warmer water temperatures as the area's dry season comes to an end. Rain showers this time of year are rare and usually brief. Temperatures tend to be higher in the afternoon, cooling off at night.

For daytime attire, we recommend light, breathable fabrics like cotton or linen, as temperatures may be warm. For evening attire, we recommend light casual attire to formal apparel depending on the event.
